Signing in

Supermail signs in on Google's own page and asks for one permission: to read, compose, and send email from your Gmail account. It uses that only for features you see in the app. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what it does with your data.

Removing an account and your data

  • Anywhere: remove Supermail's access in your Google Account settings.
  • On iPhone: open Supermail's Settings, tap the account, then Remove Account (or swipe left on it and tap Remove). That deletes the account's downloaded mail, drafts, attachment copies, settings and notifications from the iPhone and asks Google to cancel its access.
  • On Mac: open Settings, choose the account, then Remove Account (or right-click the account there). It deletes the account's mail, drafts, pictures and settings from the Mac and asks Google to cancel its access. To remove everything by hand instead, see "Removing your data" in our Privacy Policy.

Removing an account or the app never deletes anything from your Gmail account: your mail and any reminder labels stay there.

Report a problem

Email us at the address above. In the public app, Report a Bug in the command menu (⌘K) saves a report on your Mac that you can attach to your email.
