Terms of Use

Supermail is a Mac app for reading and sending Gmail, made by Finished Goods International LLC ("Finished Goods," "we," "us"). These terms apply to the Supermail app and this website. By installing or using Supermail, you agree to them.

Access

Supermail is invite-only and currently free. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your own Mac. You may not resell it, share your copy with people we haven't invited, or copy, modify, or reverse engineer it.

Your Google account and your mail

• You sign in with your own Google account and choose to give Supermail access to your Gmail. Your mail stays yours. We claim no rights to it.
• You can remove Supermail's access at any time in your Google Account settings.
• Your use of Gmail is also subject to Google's own terms. Supermail is not made or endorsed by Google.
• Our Privacy Policy explains what Supermail does with your data.

Acceptable use

Don't use Supermail to send spam or unlawful content, to access accounts that aren't yours, or in a way that breaks Google's terms or overloads Google's services.

Optional features

• Krinkov. The Krinkov panel and Krinkov tasks work only for authorized Finished Goods staff, and Krinkov's own terms at krinkov.co/terms also apply.
• Claude chat (⌘J). The chat uses the Claude Code app on your Mac and your own Anthropic account. Anthropic's terms apply to that account. Check any draft before you send it.

Updates

Supermail may download and install new versions automatically. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

No warranty

Supermail is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Keep in mind that actions you take in Supermail (sending, archiving, deleting) happen in your real Gmail account.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Finished Goods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Supermail. Our total liability for any claim about Supermail is limited to $100.

Ending access

You can stop using Supermail at any time by removing the app and its access to your Google account. We may end or suspend access to Supermail at any time, for example if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Supermail after a change, you accept the updated terms.
